Washington Chiropractic Continuing Education Requirements

Washington requires 25 hours of CE per year on birthdate. As part of the continuing education, a chiropractor must obtain a one-time, three-hour training in suicide screening and referral from a qualified suicide prevention training program. The training must be completed during the first full reporting period after initial licensure

Online Chiropractic CE Requirements for Washington

Washington accepts 12 hours via online CE courses.

• CQAC has determined they will not take enforcement action again its licensees who license expires on or before, November 17, 2023, if they complete the twenty-five hours continuing education requirement using exclusively online courses due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.  
• If your license expires on or after November 18, 2023, you are limited to completing 12 hours of online CE.
