After completing your purchase, you'll have immediate access to the course through your dashboard. Simply log in, go to "My Courses," and click on the course to begin. You can start, stop, and resume at any time.

Once you complete a course and pass the assessment, your certificate is automatically generated and available in your dashboard. You can download and print it at any time.

We offer courses approved in most US states. Each course page shows which states it's approved for. Visit our State Requirements page to see specific requirements for your state.

If you haven't started the course, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once you've begun watching the content or taken the quiz, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

For eligible courses and states, we automatically report your completion to CE Broker. Look for the "CE Broker Approved" badge on course pages.

You get lifetime access to the course and any notes you've taken. If a course is required again in a future renewal cycle, you'll still be able to review it—but to have it count toward that new CE period, you'll need to re-purchase it. That's a state requirement, not ours.
