This offer is limited to one introductory offer per eligible new chiropractor identity.

• Free hours have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• For an eligible individual on-demand course, the wallet covers the whole course only when its complete CE-hour requirement fits the available balance.
• For an eligible active bundle, custom bundle, bundle-and-event combination, or event package, each available wallet hour provides a $19 price credit. The credit cannot exceed either the package price or its eligible CE hours.
• The six introductory hours must be used within 60 days after account creation. An individual course funded with introductory hours must also be completed by that deadline.
• When introductory hours reduce a package price, they affect price only. The complete package entitlement is delivered and its included courses and events retain the same access and completion terms as the paid package; the introductory individual-course deadline does not apply to those children.
• An incomplete introductory-offer course loses course access when that deadline passes. Its progress and enrollment history are preserved, and the used hours are not returned.
• Two-hour rewards earned by referring qualified chiropractors never expire. Reward-only courses follow the normal course-completion rules.
• If both introductory and earned reward hours fund one course, the introductory 60-day completion deadline applies to that course.
• A valid promotion code may apply to the remaining paid balance after a Free CE Hours package credit, subject to that code's own restrictions. A separate paid checkout upsell discount is not combined with a wallet benefit or promotion code.
• Forever Access refers only to completed courses.
• Duplicate license identities, self-referrals, prior offer use, or abuse may block or reverse unused program credit.
• Reversal removes only unused program credit and does not remove a completed course or certificate.
• ProCredits may discontinue the program prospectively. Completed courses and certificates remain unaffected.
